You have impacted my life more than you know this year.
You have helped change my perceptive, shred some fat and get some gains haha and taught me a lot but more so challenged me to believe in myself in ways that I have never believed in myself before which I am incredibly grateful for.
This year has been a bunch of up and downs for you, but all of them I celebrate because as you have taught me, its all apart of the journey. And I always have and always will believe that you are destined for greater things. I wish you a Merry Christmas Em, and I hope that 2018 brings you more happiness, good health, new passion and some direction to where you suppose to be.
